New Patient/Psychiatric Evaluation (1 hour) = $300

Established Patient (30 minutes) = $150

Out of Network:

If I do not participate with your insurance plan, I am happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
